I drove all the way there from Marysville only to be advised that the car didn’t pass safety inspections. A simple phone call would have been an appreciated courtesy considering I drove for an hour to get there and spent $30 on gas just for that trip. Not sure why this wasn’t checked out before my arrival.

I was serious buyer, but the dealer never got back with me regarding the Chevrolet Impala that I was ready to buy. Business must be really good for them if they can't get back with potential customers that are ready to buy their vehicles. So sad.
