Salesman was great to speak to, very helpful… that is until you meet the sales manager. As others have stated, I’ve had all similar issues and went all down hill from there. Will not be buying from here no matter how good of a deal could show up in the future. Gave it a second star due to the great salesman.

The dealership was unfriendly and used high-pressure tactics, insisting we act quickly and put a deposit, though the car was still for sale a week later. The sales manager tried to keep us there when we wanted to leave, showing poor sales practices. We won't recommend them and will remember this experience.

Exchanged texts.& emails about the car. Very thorough. No problems. But have not been there to see the car yet.

Walked in..no pressure by sales rep……Sales rep -Sean was personable, not pushy on selling vehicle but more interested to have me look and be able to price on my terms….. there was no hassle and expectation to buy that day…..I recommend this dealership and sales rep first name is Sean… I bought from this dealership…

This vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. Because I did not understand the "process" the vehicle was sold soon after I had left the dealership. I will be going back to Premier with my new knowledge.

Outstanding customer service. I was very happy with the overall experience. The staff responded quickly and maintained open communication via texts and calls, answering any questions and checking in regularly. They were also very polite and not at all pressuring.
