Excellent Service.

Our salesman was not told by anyone that the car had a deposit on it and keys were available for us. After driving an hour and a half to test drive and discuss purchasing she was finally text that she couldn’t sell it bc that salesman who took deposit was off that day. Also price advertised is only if you finance with them at very high rate.

Very professional and friendly. Offered great rates on financing.

They have been quite communicative and helpful. I’m just not ready to buy. Still looking and considering various models.

Overall, my experience with Landers McLarty DCJR- Huntsville has been amazingly positive. I am in the process of my purchase. The staff has been great and hats off to my salesman because he’s been working for me since I started this process.

I did not end up buying here. The GM answered when I called to inquire. That call ended and he sent some info about the vehicle via text. He was short with me during that text exchange and that ended the conversation. A day or so later a salesman reached out because I had inquired online days before. I responded positively that I was still interested. No further communication came from the dealership. Although this vehicle is exactly what I am looking for, I will buy from another source because of the perceived rudeness and lack of communication.

Inside was filthy, AC didn’t work, was supposed to receive a call to fix and never did. Paid over $40k out right. Guess they only stand behind you if you finance.
