Did not buy the car but overall great communication with the staff

Great communication

After a number of phone calls emails, and texts. After confirming an appointment and driving for two hours I was told the vehicle wasn’t there. After getting in my vehicle to drive back home. I was stopped and told it was there. After going back into the dealership I was again told it was not there but they could definitely get me in a different vehicle that day. After reading reviews from others this happens a lot there ( Bait cars ) are what some were saying. Next day I was called and was told the vehicle was available again and wanted me to come back and test drive. Then again I was called and told it wasn’t available again. That was enough for me to not pick up the phone from them again. People were nice but there lack of communication in the dealership needs work.
