If I could rate a 10+, I would. Communication exceeded my expectations. Took my anxiety out of buying the truck regarding transport (I live 1700+ miles from the dealership). Bought a lot of cars in my day. This was the easiest dealing with everything involved.

They seemed uninterested when I got there. I took the car on a test drive and then to a mechanic to get it checked out. Car was complete garbage and had the most noticeable and ludicrous amount of rust under it. When I got back both people working had left and locked the door. When I called them they said they would be back in 10 minutes so I waited. Then when no one showed up I just said screw it and left, to then be called back 40 MINUTES LATER, and asked what I thought of the car.

I did not go to the dealership.I live out of town. But the person that helped me was very professional,very nice.

There was no communication they did not bother to even call. I tried the phone number and no one answered either. I did not leave a message because no one seemed to communicate anyway.

Staff at Autohaus is amazing. Thank you to Drew and Gerban. Huge selection of BMWs. They pride in selling good used cars. Will definitely shop with them in the future. Enjoyed purchasing with them. Didn't take the engine out.. LOL @Drew.

They were very pushy and got mad when I said no about high payment and apr and insisted I take another car with 100 dollars less car payment of course I declined and they called me 3 times and kept running my credit after I said not to
