Gave them a time and stayed in contact for an appointment to meet the sales manager and a test drive, when I arrived I was told they had just returned from a test drive with someone else and that they were doing numbers and I would have to wait and see what happened first manager said first first serve. This was at 6:30pm after driving from charlotte

Not a hard sale, let the vehicle speak for itself. Very accommodating and even provided a good finance rate. Drove it home that day.

Very poor communication. Don’t do what they say they are going to do. Matter of fact the two times I reach out them they never came through

Was pre-approved and after 2 hours drive and test drive I was told that I couldn't get it at the approved price and mileage was incorrect and I couldn't buy it cause of mileage problems and then told next few days that it was sold and wasn't given a offer to buy it and was not offered any other deals on the lot was very disappointed at this dealership having been taking to management head and financial department only to be told that they would find me a better deal than never call or anything after I was told that just to find out the truck was sold at a much lower price than I was offered

Overall a good experience.
