Honest, reasonable, and really great dealers! Beecher and Nick were both wonderful to buy from and were very accommodating when we had questions and wanted to test drive the car. The Toyota Prius was very clean and well cared for. I had a smooth quite ride back home to Virginia. Highly recommend and will definitely consider purchasing from them again!

I spent over a day and a half working with Alta Auto Group on purchasing a Bronco. I was approved for financing, negotiated terms, reviewed the CARFAX they sent me, and clearly stated I was ready to come sign and pick the vehicle up THAT DAY. After repeated delays, constant back-and-forth, and being reassured the vehicle wouldn’t be sold out from under me, they sold it anyway. The communication was completely unprofessional. One employee falsely claimed I “wasn’t approved” simply because I negotiated terms instead of immediately accepting their first offer — despite written proof from their finance department. Another employee made aggressive comments to my father over the phone. I wasted hours waiting on responses while being led on instead of given honest communication. This was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Poor communication, misleading statements, and zero respect for customers’ time. Take your business elsewhere.
