Dealerships near me (Liberty, NC)

This is why I do not like car dealers. I called at 1017 to confirm the vehicle and Carfax. I let Laura know that I was going to come look at it once my wifes procedure was complete. I call back at 1203 to let Laura know I am on my way, but am told someone else is almost there to look at it and she would let me know if they buy it or not. 1306 Laura calls and said they did not buy it because they wanted lower price so they would hold it today for me to come look at it. 1316 Laura calls back and said the people came back with the full price and she had to sell it to them. She offered to have her dad look for one at auction but I asked how could I trust her on that if she could not keep her word on letting look at the vehicle? What happened to keeping to your word? It is extremely difficult to find a dealer you can trust. So I will keep looking.

Dealership did bait and switch on pricing, the online price will be way lower than what you will pay.

Some front facia damage, dealer not willing to reduce price appropriately for front facia to be repaired

Though we did not buy from them, the salesman who helped me was very accommodating.

They price they advertise is not the price when you contact them, " I can not take the Zurich Shield off. If I take it off my discount will also decrease." so basically they put on a $1500 add on. to me this seems to be common place anymore with dealerships. I probably know more then any sales person they have so I don't want to go in and spend a whole day wasting my time so I prefer Online shopping but then again when you actually can't get the truck for what they are advertising it, is very deceptive.

Mark, our salesman, was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Although we didn't purchase the vehicle we will definitely consider a purchase from them in the future.
