The staff started off great. In the process of trying to buy the car I reached out to them and they told me the car was sold. I had already begun the process of purchasing the vehicle and with no communication, they sold the car.

Reuben stayed in touch and very helpful; and although we didn't get the car, we would definitely buy from them.

The vehicle was in good condition car drove fine. My main concern was the fact that upon returning the keys to the sales rep while still outside once we went inside I received my purchase order upon leaving. Was accused of still having the keys multiple times. No apology or explanation was given. I Consider this highly inappropriate and a professional level will never spend my money there

Hyundai reaching out and their willingness to help, was non existent. Unfortunately, after working with Brian and Elle, I left feeling like there wasn’t much effort to earn my business. The numbers presented and the overall experience gave me the impression that there wasn’t much flexibility, so I’ve decided to continue my search elsewhere. I was ready to buy, but I also need to feel confident that I’m being treated fairly and transparently. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out, and I wish you and your team the best.

They sold the Highlander that I was going to look at 45 minutes before my appointment but they called to let me know but I was already on the way and didn’t know until I arrived at the dealership. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding a vehicle with all of my requirements. I am happy with my purchase and my experience at Acura North Austin

Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. The truck was very nice and in excellent condition. I was ready to make a deal. Unfortunately I had some personal things come up and had to decline at the moment. I will be going back when I'm ready.
