While he tried to reply to every emails in a friendly manner" by saying I hope your having a great day" I had to call him because he wouldn't answer my specific questions in the emails. Then when I called he put me on hold. Then never return and said the salesman we were working with "Boris " would give me a call back. It's been a week since we looked at the vehicle and no call back or email communication from him or anyone else. Poor communication and customer service from this dealership.
