Lexus dealerships near me (Richmond, VA)

Salesman didn't seem educated of the cars. Took 3 trips to the dealership to inspect the car and told car was still going through inspection. Push to do the paperwork to secure the vehicle and only offered a 1k for my 2010 Lexus which my headlight cost more than that. Pure insult. I was offered a much better deal on trade in and price with 30k less miles better service and trade in value from crown Acura. I'm extremely happy I made the decision to go to another dealership that value me as a customer.
