The first car I wanted to see, sold but I went to look at another vehicle. The salesman, James was very nice and helpful. He responded in good time and was great!

The car was advertised on CarGurus as including shipping to my town. The dealer said that information was wrong and said they didn’t know how it was advertised as such. They not only expected me to arrange shipping, but to pay the estimated cost of $800, which I had to get a quote for. Cars from their dealership are still advertised on CarGurus as including shipping to my town. Very deceptive.
