We showed up unannounced after receiving an introduction email. Lillian Hodge was gracious, friendly, personable and answered all our questions. We were in and out of the dealership in just over an hour having purchased and financed the vehicle. We have never had a car buying experience go so smoothly.

Couldn’t come to an agreement on trade in price. Tried to tell me since my vehicle needed tires, I would need to carry over almost $4000 negative.

The communication and staff never responded or reached out like the online person stayed they would. To me very unprofessional so I passed on this car and purchased from another dealership.
