Sold car while he said he would hold it for me , while I’m on the way to buy vehicle.

Lots of scam behavior wrapped in a "deal" starting PermaPlate Scam Paint "protection" $1500 that is not even applied. An unusable claim system for issues. Designed to fleece the customer and pad the margin with no benefit. Worse reputation than "undercoating" Waiting 2 months to get paperwork from the dealer to get tax documentation for my state to process the tags. Won't respond to email or phone calls. You go into the "pay no mind" list here before the ink is even dry. Whatever the price you've found you will regret your purchase.

The truck was exactly what I was looking for, they gave me a good deal on my trade in and on the truck compared to other dealerships. The staff was great and answered any questions I had, the process was straightforward and quick.

Nice salesperson. Dealership seemed more interested with new car sales. Not willing to negotiate on the used cars. The car we looked at had some flaws that were not addressed prior to our visit. For the price, I was expecting a car in better condition.
