I was extremely disappointed. I went to look at a $6600 vehicle with $3000 cash and they wouldn't finance me because the car was under $7500, a $881 difference. But would finance me for an $11,000 loan on a vehicle I had no interest in. Prior to making the 2 hour drive I was told that they have taken a deposit and held a vehicle 2 weeks in the past, but only offered me a week to come up with $3600. It became clear they did not have any interest in helping me get the vehicle I came for and that I wasn't worth their effort because I wasn't spending enough money and I was not ok with their alternatives at all. I left feeling deceived, extremely let down, and like my value as a customer and their willingness to put in any effort was based on how much money I was willing to spend or go into debt for. It was chump chang to them and they didn't give a damn if I left there in tears, bc it wasn't a big enough price tag. They made me feel like nothing and that's what I left with.
