Dealer adds 4K to advertised price for factory add ons.

The dealer salesman did not respond for my price query.

This place was absolutely horrible! I inquired about the vehicle. I had a substantial down payment and had my financing already secured. They said the vehicle was still available. This was on Friday. We live 3 hours away from the dealership. I told them we wanted the vehicle, however, we would not be able to be there to pick it up until Monday, but I was ready to hash everything out that day. I was ready to put any deposit down needed to secure the vehicle along with sign any papers needed…they told me they would send everything right over along with the link to pay. I waited and waited and never received anything, nor did I hear anything. I called and emailed with no response. Suddenly about 4 hours later I received a text saying “Hey! So unfortunately we are unable to take deposits on our pre-owned vehicles. Sorry for that miscommunication! I normally deal with our new vehicles. If you financed through us, I could get it secured for you so it isn’t sold before Monday.” I get it now!

Everything that I wanted was accommodated delivery fee was spectacular paying for extended warranty. They were just amazing.

Salesman was very helpful and Jeep was delivered to me at my home from 70 miles away the same day in excellent contition.
