We called ahead to book an appointment for a test drive on a vehicle we were interested in purchasing upon arriving. We took the car out for said test drive and while out on the test drive. Your attendee took a hold payment on the same vehicle. We were driving, even though we were there ready to purchase. It was taken out from under us.

I could not have asked for a better dealership experience then working with Mateo. I'm from out of state and and I was really disappointed at a few other dealerships by how I was treated simply because I was from out of state. But out of the five cars that I've had in my lifetime this was the best purchase experience I've had thus far! I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Mr Cruz. I'm completing my purchase today and will absolutely continue to recommend this company and Mr Cruz to anyone I know who's buying a car. And should I ever need a car in the future, I will be returning to this dealership!👍👍
