The salesman was helpful when trying to purchase but once I purchased the Audi q5 . The salesman won’t return my emails or phone calls. I’m having issues with the Audi q5. The salesman was Dan Mckown I don’t recommend him. Lexus of Clearwater fl.

I was no longer interested in the vehicle, and I told them I needed to cancel my appt which I didn’t even have to do in the first place. I received 10+ phone calls, voicemails, and texts AFTER that. Absolutely unnecessary, try just leaving people alone. I bought my new car from another dealership.

First they pulled my credit and didn’t disclose where we were as to terms. Then they tried to sell me a Taos when I specifically asked for and was clear on wanting a Tiguan. After hours of trying to find what I thought they had based by my online search, the salesman brought me a fresh trade in which was filthy and disgusting as if I would pick it. Then they add in reconditioning fees of $3000 to the sales price (saying they add it to all their cars because that’s what is costs but I say that should be inclusive of the advertised price and not hidden) which is such a gross misrepresentation that I am considering a complaint to the State. One other Tiguan was shown to me ready tonsell but the rear flooring fabric was torn off the back of the seats and I was told they can reglue that and it happens all the time. In essence I wasted a day and their free oil changes for life aren’t free as you need to purxhase it along with the fee to get the CPO (certified preowned) label.. AWFUL VISIT.

Car had a few issues. Didn’t like the way it was going to be handled. Decided to leave.
