I purchased a Truck from CarsofKY. It had a fueling issue that I was told about in the buying process. The dealer put in a aftermarket fuel pump and after I got the truck home the work that was done to fix it did not work. I still had the issue. I then left a review stating the issue and the owner Mike called me almost immediately. He made the situation right. He paid for me to have a new OEM fuel pump in the truck as well as covered my cost for the diagnostic. What I thought was going to be out of pocket for me was covered by the dealership. They did not have to pay for it because I bought the car as is but they did anyways. This to my knowledge was not under any warranty. I think we just got a truck with a bad pump and the initial fix didn't work but the handled the situation professionally and in a timely manner. Go check out there cars and trucks. Corey the salesman is fantastic as well as the owner and the office workers.

I was wanting this truck but we had bad communication from the start. I got lied to over and over and they would not answer me or anything I had to keep on and on with them. My overall experience with them was very poor so I would not recommend this place to anyone. I has $10000 thousand dollars to put down on a down payment but I guess my money wasn't green enough for them. Lol!!!!

The lady told me I would have to have $11000 down payment. For a used single cab truck.

The only thing I didn’t like is if you don’t finance it they charge 5% more and didn’t know that till I got there. I didn’t finance it and you have to use their lenders to get the advertised price. But other than that a very nice group of young men.

Was told the truck was in excellent condition no issues guy gave me a price for 23000 out the door after going and looking at the truck and having looked it over floor board was soaked from sunroof leaking had major oil leak and the usual brakes and tires were wore out
