Don’t waste your time with this dealership. It’s poor service all around. I drove an hour after being told the vehicle I wanted was available only to be told they leased it out and I could come back later that day. I came back when they said it was back, did the test drive and was ready to talk about the vehicle. This dealership will not negotiate with you. The told me they gave me the best price possible. Which was a lie. After my test drive they quickly shuffled the car off to finish getting it cleaned. Make sure you look at your vehicle thoroughly. I paid almost $40k for a vehicle that once I got into was COVERED in stains. When I did my test drive the sun roof cover was open. So I didn’t see the stains. When I went to put my kids car seat in the armrest had to be up so I didn’t bother putting it down. There was a massive tear in the leather. The carpet still had a big spot of mud and the car was covered in ants. I had to go get ant traps because my daughter and I kept getting bit.

The second salesperson was rude when I said I had my own financing. He wanted to add $500 to the price listed on the internet. He tried to tell me that it was because they wouldn't make their bonus if I didn't use their financing. I told him we were done and left. They have called me twice since and refused to rectify the situation. I made an offer on the price of $12,500 but they said that wasn't enough. Since then they lowered the price by $250.

The gentleman who was in the office was very rude he acted like he didn't want my business he was trying to say that nobody spoke with me about the vehicle that he didn't have that vehicle on the law and they don't do financing but through a bank and I was told they do financing through companies so yes it was all a lie and he act like he wasn't even interested in my business
