Best customer service I have ever had.

I was happy, at first, working with Kiro Motors. I intended to write a review immediately, which would have been five stars. I'm glad I didn't. Two months later, I have taken the truck in for maintenance work. No big deal. But in the process, it has been revealed that the entire underside is covered in rust. The rust was not obvious, however, because a black spray-coat had been sprayed over the rust (including over top of a hide-a-key) to hide it. Such a spray has only one purpose: hide rust from the buyer. It does not protect against rust already present. I am now going to have to keep an eye on brake and fuel lines, etc., as they will wear out more quickly. I hold this against the dealer because they said their mechanic had inspected the truck. This means either they saw the cover-up and didn't disclose, or (more likely, given the previous owner's hide-a-key was sprayed over), they did the spray themselves. Either way, they lied to me about the condition of the truck.

Excellent customer service! I contacted this dealership regarding the 2016 Corolla and they were extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to address all my concerns about the vehicle and made a great deal. In the end, I didn’t purchase the vehicle, being out of state in Huntsville All, but I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues alike. Best regards, Mr. Thompson
