Dealerships near me (Lake Villa, IL)

Great communication

Made an appointment with them earlier in the week and I called them the day of about the appointment and they said they had no appointments and that they’re closed

After making an appointment to specifically see a vehicle and receiving multiple confirmations and reminders (phone call, text, email), the vehicle "transparency" was that it wasn't available and had been changed to a wholesale deal. I would have expected the same number of contacts to cancel the appointment. After driving over an hour for a wasted trip, I must say I was less than happy. I gave additional possibilities only to have the sales representative insist on trying to show me vehicles I had no interest in. Would not make another trip to Antioch Kunes.

Alex and Isaac were very helpful throughout the process of purchasing the Forester. We were excited that the Forester was exactly as described, and the dealership itself was stocked with coffee and comfortable amenities. The only downside was the time spent in the dealership itself waiting a bit for financing to have everything in order. I really enjoy the Forester!

The salesman was great. The management stayed in hiding and did not really care about the customer. The vehicle was hardly cleaned and the fuel tank was empty. The fuel light went on 6 miles into my trip home. I was told that is their standard operating procedure. Vehicle had a no accident carfax, but after the sale we found damage on the rear bumper that was fixed by a hack. My fault for not seeing it. Like I stated earlier, the salesman was top notch, but management took away from the experience.

They told me the car was available and would be outside ready for a test drive but when I got there, they me told it had sold that morning. A total waste of my time. I'm glad I didn't leave work early to see it!

Great staff
