Started out at one price... when I was going to purchase the vehicle it went up buy 1,000 after talking to sales person telling him I was coming in to get the vehicle. Bait and switch not professional.

I contacted Puente Hills Ford about a Ford Raptor advertised for $84,692 and made it clear I was ready to purchase it at the advertised price plus tax, registration, and normal government fees. After speaking with multiple representatives, I was told the truck had dealer-installed add-ons and they would not sell it for the advertised price. The actual numbers provided were significantly higher. I understand the truck is modified, but those costs should be clearly reflected in the advertised price so buyers know the true selling price before contacting the dealership. I was a serious buyer and genuinely wanted this specific truck, but the lack of pricing transparency was disappointing. I recommend getting the complete out-the-door pricing in writing before making the trip.

Over text message to a salesman I asked for an itemized price sheet to see the out the door price on the vehicle I was interested in which was listed for around $31000. I live a 2 hour and 15 minute drive away from the dealership, so I wanted to know how much the true cost of the vehicle would be before I made the trip. About 6 hrs after I sent the text the salesman text back, “The out the door price is easy to calculate.” Then wrote the price which I don’t remember exactly but it was above $40,000 for the vehicle. So somehow this person made the vehicle an, “easy” $9000 more than the listed price, and never sent me an itemized price sheet. How ridiculous is this?

Dealership with many add-ons that the dealership claimed that the price can be negotiable but in the car listing it clearly states that those pre installed items are optional. I would say for this reason I did not purchase here. Be transparent and you will get more cars sold.

Great low pressure experience. Had things ready for my appointment and made the whole process from test drive to model comparison easy. Very knowledgable about the vehicles and was a smooth experience discussing pricing and finance options. Much better than other volvo dealers I went to in person. Ask for Patrick Reed as your salesman.
