Great communication. Lots of cars on the lot to choose from. Decided on a Jetta instead of this Rav 4.

They suck at communication Asha kept saying she would call me back but never called me back or answered my calls but made me waste time filling out a application knowing she wasn’t going help but she blocked her blessing cause I had 7,000 I was willing to put down on a vehicle but she wasn’t trying to help me get into a car but it’s okay I plan on going to another dealership this weekend to give the commission to another dealer who wants to help

Did a long distance purchase and this dealership and Greg in particular was great. Very responsive, friendly and helpful.

They worked with me to ensure I had an approval, I honestly didn’t expect anything bc of my poor credit score, they surprised me being a major dealership and willing to work with me. Excellent customer service and I walked away with an almost brand new car with little mileage.

Herman was very professional

Great car. They put it up on a lift and let me look under it. No rust and they explained any new parts I noticed. They also had some wiggle room on the price and were comfortable selling it to me at more around what I thought its value was.
