Gooid communication. Salesman willing to work with buyer on certain aspects of the deal.Thats all I can say for now. I am still considering negotiations.

The dealer was fast to respond and allowed a mobile mechanic to look at it and take the truck off the lot-so he was not trying to hide anything from me.

Called for a few days then received an email. called told them i had a check in hand for the truck just needed time to come look at it first, then was told truck had sold. all after calling for a week then finnally getting ahold of someone.

Logan was upfront and straightforward on everything he knew and told Me if he couldn’t honestly answer. Patrick was welcoming and wasn’t pushy at all. The communication with delivery and everything I could not ask for more. I would make the 18 hour round trip drive again to purchase from this dealership without hesitation.

The credit application was denied but nobody ever got back to us to let us know our credit reports were frozen and ask us to remove the freeze from our credit reports. We didn’t know they were frozen till another dealer asked us to go in and remove the freeze, which we did and were approved for a car loan instantly.
