Experience was great, very helpful and the process was straight forward and easy.

All was good, except asked on tire condition, was told they were good , car was delivered and tires needed to be replaced right away. Little disappointed.

The person that I text with was very helpful, Thea, and asked a lot of very good questions and got a very clear picture of what I was looking for. I did not, however, receive the same level of service from Dan when he text. I also did not hear back from any member of the staff, making me believe that Thea either does not work there or is an AI bot. It is unfortunate because they have a vehicle I am interested in purchasing and would like to check it out. Although I am unsure if the vehicle is even available since I received no communication back.

Lucy Thelen is the best they had on da lot everything else was out of her hands. She tried to help me but her hands were tied.

Good communication, vehicle very clean, small welcoming dealership. Overall good experience.

Brian was easy to work with and not pushy at all.
