The gentleman who was in the office was very rude he acted like he didn't want my business he was trying to say that nobody spoke with me about the vehicle that he didn't have that vehicle on the law and they don't do financing but through a bank and I was told they do financing through companies so yes it was all a lie and he act like he wasn't even interested in my business

The staff there was very accommodating and helpful, I look forward to buying a second vehicle from them.

Spent 10 minutes on the lot looking before someone came outside to see if I needed help. The person I was there to talk to went and grabbed the keys and I sat inside the vehicle, turned it and listened to it idol while looking for any discrepancies. The ABS light was on and never turned off. The change oil light was on. The wipers need replaced. The vehicle was dirty and filthy inside and stunk. I asked a few questions about the mechanics that the dealer could not answer. She did not know how long they worked there and their qualifications for working on any and all of the vehicles in the lot. I asked a few more question that got I do not know! I offered a cash price for the vehicle with taxes, and licensing. Guess they were not motivated to sell this vehicle and get it off of their lot. Good luck and hope you sell it.

A great experience -- so great the 2023 Suburban is now in our garage! We flew down and drove up to the dealer and the next day we were driving the vehicle back home. I would absolutely recommend All American Chevrolet of Killeen TX! Mark and his colleagues made the process go quick and smooth.

I thought it was a great price and was prepared to pay cash but the price is saw everywhere would go up 2000.00 if I didn't finance it. There was some kind of windshield warranty Added for 1,995 you couldn't decline. Warranty was added another 3000 and other things. It ended up costing me about 8000.00 more than what I anticipated. Be sure and watch all the charges added. I was confused on alot of it.

This has been one of the worst experiences that I have had in trying to buy a vehicle from Killeen Ford. Only one employee, Ramon, was helpful. No one else answered my texts, phone calls, or emails. I cancelled the order, and will seek a vehicle elsewhere.
