Kia dealerships near me (Palm Desert, CA)

very disappointed. I was told via text to make an appointment but upon arrival none of the sales people knew I was coming and did not have my price range or car advertised. Poor service.

I needed a new car fast. I found the car on Carguru Sunday and made an appointment for the next day. Arrived at the dealership and it was already pulled out so I could see it . We went inside and in about an hour later I was driving home in it.

Got a great price with an easy transaction. I highly recommend. My only complaint is that the interior of my new car was a bit dirty. Some wear to the interior. Wasn't enough to kill the deal, but still annoying.

"Hassle free", thats inccorect! Terrible, unprofessional establishment. First inquired 21st of April. Truck was in detail, thats understandable. Had to beg for pics, after 3 weeks finally got them the 3rd. Was strung along all for the truck to sell while I'm waiting to buy it. Seems like rookies here, especially Moe. Def. not trying to build a returning customer base.

We had an appointment but they sold the car. Good for them, I guess!
