The price was decreased and I sent a message to contact the dealer thru CarGurus. The price on CarGurus then went up several thousand dollars the next day. I was contacted by a sales assistant who was very nice and said I would hear from a sales member to confirm the price. Never heard back. Seemed to be a drop in price to just get a contact and then raised the price back up. Disappointed and waste of time for both of us.

Terrible dealership! Snakes looking to pull the bait and switch with pricing. Avoid this place like the plague! I reached out to them and was discussing the car with an agent. The price listed online was not the price they were trying to sell it for. They advertised it as selling for below MSRP, but then added almost $5,000 in mandatory fees. Classic bait and switch of getting attention with a low price and then raising it after they get to talking with you. I told them to get lost. Then I just got a noticed the other day saying the price of the car has been dropped because they can't sell it.

Don't deal with this dealership. They USE deception. Bait and switch. How? They list a vehicle for a price of "X". BUT, when you ask, "What's the out the door price?", "X" becomes "X+Y". The car that I was looking into buying from them WENT UP over 3500.00, for the "out the door price". And when I brought this to their attention, "that the price went up OVER 15%, when I asked for the "out the door price", I was actually INSULTED and treated horribly. This is the honest to God truth. DO NOT BUY from these bait and switch deceivers.

I inquired about the vehicle and indicated that I had my down payment and financing in place and the individual i spoke to (Elijah Chkhartishvili), indicated that the dealer fees that were used in the Cargurus pre-qualufication were erroneous, so I requested a breakdown of the actual dealer fees and instead of sending me the breakdown, he sent me a link to their finance application and nothing else. I replied back informing the salesman that there was no dealer fee breakdown and I never heard from, or got any more communication from him again. A few days later, I received a notification that the vehicle had sold. I felt like I was given very poor service and do not recommend this dealer to anyone if that is how they treat legitimate customers with confirmed financing...
