Average dealer nothing special to get me over there to buy a used Honda Odyssey Touring. I have never purchased a used vehicle. Reason is so I can get my tennis equipment, bikes, and pet trailer. I like the fact if they bothered to take time to ask me simple questions instead of thinking they’ll wait until I show up on their lot. No I buy from people not always price. Used car I was looking at is 10 years old. So Not gonna worry there are tons out there. The connection was not very poor.

Great dealer, I’ll prob go back and buy a Stinger, the only thing I’d tell people to pay attention to is a security system they add at your cost, I wasn’t told till the very end where they added it to the total, I refused to pay it and we worked it out but I wish had told me before I went.

In 2021, I bought a Kia Sportsge 2021. It was a good car until I got a totaled accident. I returned to this dealership as a returning-customer but the way they treated me like trash. They refused to help me to get extended warranty refund, they told me at the end of the day that the car that I would like to test drive was sold but clearly, it was still on the lot, on the CarGurus, Cars.com, or any website selling car. And be careful with the tire because they installed 4 different type of tires.

Very Responsive even I did not buy the vehicle

Inquired on a vehicle around 10:30 Saturday morning. The car is listed as having one accident, but no damage. When a salesman reached out to me I asked about the accident and if they had any information on it. He said they do not. I then asked if having a PPI done would be possible and he said yes, but only at their dealership. So, I get to pay YOUR dealership to perform a PPI on a car YOUR dealership is trying to sell me? Haha, ok. Also, in the same text response regarding the PPI, the salesman informed me they had someone on site that had just agreed to the sales price. All this in about 15 minutes form my initial inquiry. Based on the PPI response I wouldn't have bothered anyway.
