Great Customer service

They are selling dirty cars as new ones because they haven't maintained them, almost like used cars. They are making customers wait for too long, exhausting them, and insisting on signing a contract quickly at an unreasonably high price. The interest rate was said to be 3.99%, but after calculating it, it exceeded 7%. Never buy here. It's like a scam.

The sales staff were open and honest with the prices and the sales process.they gave us a fair trade in offer.

Staff was very quick to answer inquiry about availability of the car however they were not very responsive via my preferred message medium of text and when we did decide that we were going to conduct a call, we attempted to arrange the call twice, but they did not call in my available window either time and instant called when I was busy

Good communication

They ran my credit and since they did, it has been a nightmare to get them to communicate with me, zero communication, is the most unprofessional dealer i ever dealt with! They do not care about closing the deal which is really appalling to me.

The staff was professional and kept me informed. Unfortunately for me the vehicle did get sold, as the vehicle was priced at a very good price.

The SUV was not available at the time of arrival but sales person said it was ready when we called. We got to the dealership and the Sportage was in a terrible condition inside out. We left from there and made another purchased somewhere else, but sales person kept calling and texting even though we said we already made a purchase, he said for us to go back and trade in the new purchase (what a joke). Sorry we didn't appreciate that so that's why is a low score!

I had a mixed experience with this dealership. My initial contact was not great—I felt like I was more of a hassle than a valued customer, and I didn’t receive a response for about two days. However, when they followed up, I was connected with a different salesperson who was terrific. They were professional, responsive, and made the actual purchase process much smoother. The finance process did take quite a while, which was a bit frustrating. Since I purchased the vehicle out of state, the original documents needed to be mailed to my state’s MVD. I requested a tracking number but have yet to receive confirmation that the documents were sent. Each time I call, I’m told it will be taken care of, but I still haven’t received any update. Overall, while the sales experience improved significantly after the initial contact, the follow-through and communication—especially regarding important documents—needs improvement.
