Kia dealerships near me (Las Vegas, NV)

The sales people were excellent. I wish I could mention their names but I am not allowed to as per the review rules of this website. Watch out for the finance department. They relentlessly try to sell you an extended warranty (for a Kia that comes with such excellent, manufacturer-provided industry-leading warranties). Curiously this Kia dealership was strongly pushing an extended warranty from Zurich rather than Kia's own extended warranty. My guess is that Zurich gives the dealership a better commission. This dealership seems to be behind other dealers I have been to in terms of using computerization to make things efficient. Things are first done on paper and then typed into a computer later manually (unlike other places where things move faster because things are all done on a tablet/computer and not on paper). Communicating with the dealership was not easy. More than once I was told that someone in management will call me back but no one did.

No communication what so ever, and was ignored constantly, then I was told the car I was actively trying to move forward with a sale on they sold it.

I’m in NJ, Towbin is in Nevada. Both Brooklyn & Zach quite helpful in providing me with data I needed to make my decision. Who knows? I may be back at another time
