The dealership contacted me and arranged a test drive. I drove the car, purchased it, and had it delivered to my home. They were very helpful with this. I would have preferred full disclosure in pricing. The price of the car went up over $1000 after I drove it. That's the only reason I didn't put in the fifth star.

Two days after my initial contact, I received an email from an individual(Mandzyuk) ask if the person she designated to contact me (Lauren) has been in touch. She had not, so another person (Woodward) followed up, with yet a fourth (Brilis) expressing confusion to my exchange, to which I sympathized by pointing out he was obviously not kept in the loop by the others. He never replied even though I offered my phone number with an invitation to call once he reviewed all emails & consulted with his colleagues.
