Kia dealerships near me (Glendora, CA)

They ran my credit and since they did, it has been a nightmare to get them to communicate with me, zero communication, is the most unprofessional dealer i ever dealt with! They do not care about closing the deal which is really appalling to me.

The SUV was not available at the time of arrival but sales person said it was ready when we called. We got to the dealership and the Sportage was in a terrible condition inside out. We left from there and made another purchased somewhere else, but sales person kept calling and texting even though we said we already made a purchase, he said for us to go back and trade in the new purchase (what a joke). Sorry we didn't appreciate that so that's why is a low score!

I actually decided on a low mileage 2025, which I am very happy with. Mike was great, spent a lot of time with me on the phone and at the dealership. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my many questions. I would seek him out again or recommend him to a friend.

Great Customer service

I would not buy any used car from this dealership. Here are the red-flags: 1. No disclosure of a smoke box car before arrival. 2. Another car that they've done "full inspection" and oil change suddenly had engine light on during test drive. 3. Communication became a nightmare when I asks to do pre-purchase inspection. 4. They throw their coworkers under the bus "this guy agreed your terms because he is desperate to sell you the car".
