I called and the rep who responded was helpful enough to look and find that the car was not in yet, but would give me a status on it as soon as it arrived. I never heard anything back from her and that was over a week ago! Not sure what's going on.

I contact the dealer several times by phone and email. Initially their vehicles were being priced above MSRP. Later in November 2025 the dealership reduced their prices. I was looking for an EV9, Color Gray Wolf exterior and Brown only in the interior, GT- Line. One of the sales associates said there were some vehicles in transit that were scheduled to arrive in a couple of weeks. I made offers to various sales associates at the dealership. None of the offers were accepted. I found other dealers more competitive and sales associates that would accept or reject my offer.

Bait and Switch. Dealer told me car was available. Drove 0NE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES TO GET THERE, and was informed it sold the night before. Unacceptable.

Dealership lied about the condition of the car, making me drive all the way to them finding out the car had dents and scratches. They even sent me a video hiding the dents and scratches to make me come in and waste my time
