I do not recommend this dealership. The day I went to this dealership, everything was fine. The staff was nice and helpful. They were a little pushy, but that is expected on car sales. When we were discussing the purchase of the car, I asked about certification of the vehicle. The salesman said we can definitely take care of that. Also, after the first offer that they came to us with, they would either not write it down or write it on another paper. When we left that night without purchasing the vehicle, I noticed them ripping up a paper and throwing it away. We had agreed to talk again the next day to discuss other options for the purchase. The next day when we were able to connect with the salesperson and the sales manager, they both denied everything that we had talked about the night before. And said that would not certify the vehicle even though I told them that certification was a deal breaker. I did not appreciate that at all!!

The vehicle I had an appointment to test drive was not ready for customers. The seat was wet, and the engine rattled something fierce. The salesman had zero knowledge of the vehicle even when I had made the appointment days prior. I completely wasted my time. The salesman was worthless, and when I called back to speak with the sales manager, he quickly offered me $1,000. off a different vehicle. I didn't feel like their explanation was appropriate. I really don't know what it was. But I was very unimpressed with their business skills. For such a huge car dealership as Clay Cooley, you would think they had some organizational communication standards. However, that is absolutely not the case. I will never come back to Clay Cooley—and will recommend that everyone I know do the exact same.

There were add-on hidden fees, that they said were non-negotiable. Then all of a sudden they were negotiable. But the terms really weren’t much different. There was a huge crack in the sunroof, so I asked to see the other vehicle that I was looking for, but ultimately they weren’t interested in showing me the other car , nor selling me a car. All they had to do is be transparent and communicate and I probably would have purchased a vehicle.

Huffines Subaru was a great fantastic place to buy a car. Sales staff was very helpful in making the right decisions on not only the car, but any aftermarket warranty for that car. Highly recommend their dealership.

Very nice place with very nice people. Drove 3 hours to get this vehicle and it looked just as good as it was pictured and described!

Dealer practices forced lending, they only allow you to finance through them. Dont bother if you worked out financing through your own credit union or bank
