The finance sales man was rude and yelling when asking him to clarify some of the financial questions, interest rates, correcting errors. He stated," sign the paperwork because we found drivers to deliver you the car". I believe the guys name was Tom L. Very very rude and unprofessional. The Delivery driver Nick was prompt and friendly.
