Car buying is a tough business. Dealers are under pressure and will do and promise just about anything. And, some buyers are not always easy to deal with. I found Courtesy Kia to be honest and told me exactly what they would and wouldn’t do. They would not do an on-line purchase, would not hold a car with a deposit for more than 2 days and made this clear. Not what I wanted to hear and not sure why they refused a guaranteed sale, but up front about it and didn’t play me or lead me on.
