Excellent experience

I contacted the dealership with interest in buying the vehicle. I had expressed how much I wanted it and I was unable to be there due to work. I was scheduled a time to come in picked by the dealership not me. Then notified the vehicle was sold that night after our communications. Dealership never reached out. I even let them know I was pre qualified and would start the process over the phone. Just a very unprofessional handling and I would never buy a car from them or any other Napelton dealerships not recommend them to anyone.

The car shopping experience was odd. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from different dealerships and I’ve never experienced what I did at this dealer before. The financial aspect was off. I was being guilt tripped into purchasing warranty and bumper to bumper coverage. Then they forgot to have me sign certain documents and misspelled my name and my home address. They sent a staff member to bring me the missing documents for me to sign. Then I had to call the bank to confirm my home address until I discovered that they wrote my address wrong. Then I get the car and they didn’t do an oil change on the car. The car was used, but I’ve never bought a used car before that didn’t have an oil change or was thoroughly cleaned inside. It wasn’t a bad experience, it was just odd and not well organized. But I’m happy with the car and the deal that I got! Just an odd experience.

Worst experience i had at a dealership. This is the first big dealership that does not provide a carfax request. The vehicle i was interested in was overpriced according to the carfax that i had to pay for and to cargurus. The price was dropped a little under the actual market value after a few days later and they were able to negotiate the price by a few hundred dollars lower to. When it came down to financing , the car buying experience got worse. The financing guy made us feel very pressured in to buying. They ran our credit and told us we were getting the best apr through a bank but we waited to make sure so we took it upon ourselves to shop around only to find out that we were not getting the best apr , mind you it was the same bank they went through. What really killed the experience was the final breakdown of the sale. Numbers were changed and add-ons were added that weren't explained to us., it was almost 2k in add-ons. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Thanks to everyone at Lynch GM Dealership for making our buying experience so easy and great. We loved our 2019 Camaro SS (gorgeous vivid orange) and our salesman Joe who did everything he could to get us the best price and rate! He was great to work with. We would definitely shop our cars at Lynch again!
