My experience was Exceptional from my first phone call to check availability until I purchased the car. Otis the sales rep was Outstanding, he communicated with me every step of the process and was willing to meet me at the Dealership on his day off! The management was also Great! I highly recommend this Dealership!!!

after i was turned down for credit and the dealer told me i needed a co signer .. after i got a co signer with great credit they flipped the script on me and said they cant because it falls under straw purchase when somebody buys something on your behalf BS .. called another dealer they said they never heard anything like that and i was able to purchase the vehicile i wanted with no issues with co signer

No Sale. Response to my OTD price request was prompt, but the dealership had zero interest in negotiating. I was comparing two identical vehicles. Piazza's OTD was high. I asked if they were willing to split the difference, and I was told that their original OTD was final but "we appreciate you!". I closed on the other vehicle last week while Piazza's remains on their lot. I appreciate the other dealer.

Good Communication

My experience was great. The staff were very friendly. Pete helped me and was very efficient I got to tear drive the car ane pricing options in a short amount of time. My only difficulty was finding a place to park upon my arrival.

Jeff my salesman was great handling everything over the phone start to finish trade in deal included, by the time I arrived all I had to do was sign and drive! My only complaint being I was under the impression that my 2022 f350 super duty Lariat had factory puck system for fifth wheel towing when in fact it doesn’t and that was one of the most important things I needed this truck to have
