Very honest and upfront about the vehicle and helpful

Sent in an offer twice and asked multiple times if vehicle is available with no answer at all.

Lizeth showed up 45 minutes late to our appointment. Then she showed me the wrong car ( I wast trying to purchase a hybrid, she showed me a type R). In fact my car was not even on the lot. Come to find out that the car was at the garage because it was having sensor problems. My mechanic was supposed to look at it that day, but that was not going to happen. It was the most unprofessional car buying experience I've ever had. Needless to say, I would not recommend this dealership.
