I couldn't get to Nampa to pick up the vehicle right away so Paul helped me make a deposit to hold it. A staff member met us where we returned our rented vehicle and took us to the dealership. The 2016 Avalon was exactly as described and beautifully detailed. Josh had the paperwork ready and signing went smoothly.
