Jeep dealerships near me (Waco, TX)

Went to go look at the car and it had massive hail damage. They said “it’s listed online” no where in the description did it mention the damage. When asked about it they said “we can look into fixing it”.

It was a very unpleasant visit , I made an offer on the car and specifically told the salesman 3 times NOT to submit my information to multiple banks and that’s EXACTLY what he did ! There was “0”communication between him and the finance manager, the finance manager and the salesman began to point fingers at each other when I confronted them. Very unprofessional and lack of attention to specific details that the customer request. Long story short my information was shot gunned to 5 different banks causing my credit score to drop dramatically! I walked out of the dealership frustrated and was given a “I’m sorry , no one told me “ I’ll never trust Mac Haik of Temple or Deal with a Mac Haik again . As a salesman you don’t just take it upon your self to throw a customers info out there for self betterment or a quick sale !

Signed a purchase agreement from them and was setting up a time to come pick up the truck I had AGREED to purchase for them to tell me they sold the truck to somebody because my salesman went to the hospital. So they stole a sale from my sales guy Tim and blamed it on him being in the hospital. Terrible dealership. Will never do business with them. Awful business, awful people. I feel bad that Tim has to work for them.

The dealership was SO helpful and friendly, I would recommend them to everyone. Arthur was our salesman, Top notch!!
