I had one of their cars brought in to Tony Divino for a used vehicle inspection only to find that it had been listed as a higher trim with tons of options it didn't have. They refused to reimburse the inspection costs. $175 down the drain, and one very unhappy would have been customer. Make sure you verify ALL the vehicle details before wasting your time because they clearly don't check their listings for accuracy.

While the salesman and finance manager were both courteous and professional during my visit, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency surrounding the vehicle I came to test drive. The listing on the dealership’s website showed the car with only 16 miles, but when I arrived, I learned it was actually a service loaner with over 3,000 miles on it. This critical detail was never disclosed beforehand. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the car had over $3,000 worth of accessories added—none of which were included in the online advertised price. These unexpected costs and omissions felt like classic bait-and-switch tactics, which really turned me off from doing business here. Transparency and honesty are key when making a major purchase, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience.
