Never got past the poor communication part. Made a 100+ mile trip to look at the truck only to find it had been sold and was being delivered that day. Never had any sort of notice of the truck sale until I talked to a real person at the dealership. Here's a helpful hint that I never got, that "person" that replies to the "check availability" is not real. This whole thing was a total waste of time, money, and gas.
