Jeep dealerships near me (Manchester, TN)

The worst experience buying a vehicle I've ever had. Misrepresented the SUV and refused to correct issues with vehicle purchased. Defects that were hidden until after purchase. Vehicle lights and mirror were defective. Engine oil was overfull. Sales rep refused to correct. Terrible customer service. Ignored requests to properly service vehicle.

I called to verify the car was available. They said it was. I set an appointment to come on Memorial Day morning. I went at my scheduled time. The guy who had made the appointment had booked several appointments at around the same time. He had to find someone else to help me. That took 10 minutes. Then after that they took another 10 minutes to verify that the car was not available at all. I told them that they had confirmed it was and that it was on their website. They said that sometimes their salespeople don't have much information about the cars that are there for sale. So I left. With drive time, I wasted about an hour and a half. Don't recommend these guys at all.

The price listed is a bait. Over ten thousand more than the listing price.

Dealer short paid state for title and tag. I had to go to dmv to settle up $598.00. That was a bad surprise. All other issues were resolved before paperwork was signed. I would give them a three star review. Probably not sales fault that back office didn’t pay state enough for tag/title
