Yeah perfect

Very disappointed in customer service, I was an internet customer and was pushed out of the sale even though my paperwork was in first due to a customer at the dealership took presidency, I had been through the finance and was told my paperwork would arrive overnight and it never showed up, I called and was given the bad news that my cash sale was no longer coming my way. Very very upset as I had been working with them for a couple of days and left me in a bind because I had sold my Tahoe because they had sold me the new Tahoe. Would not trade dollars with you, not trustworthy!!

While the salesman and finance manager were both courteous and professional during my visit, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency surrounding the vehicle I came to test drive. The listing on the dealership’s website showed the car with only 16 miles, but when I arrived, I learned it was actually a service loaner with over 3,000 miles on it. This critical detail was never disclosed beforehand. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the car had over $3,000 worth of accessories added—none of which were included in the online advertised price. These unexpected costs and omissions felt like classic bait-and-switch tactics, which really turned me off from doing business here. Transparency and honesty are key when making a major purchase, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience.
