The dealer responded to me promptly. Unfortunately, the vehicle I inquired about was already sold.

AVOID, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Attempted to contact them about a vehicle, got a response from two different people with nothing more than a generic pre-canned greeting. I asked specific questions (I live 4 hrs from there, needed to know if it was worth the drive to see it in person) and got no response from either of them. Kylyend and Vanessa were the employees who did not respond. They signed me up to receive junk email from their dealership but I never got my answers. I then forwarded both responses with an explanation of my frustration to their Internet manager (Ms Thibodeaux, I copied and pasted her email from their website so I know it was sent to the correct address) and I have still yet to hear back several days later. Don’t waste your time with this company who places zero value on potential customers. If the car was what I was looking for, they missed out on a cash deal. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Although I decided not to take the vehicle, all my questions were answered clearly.

Once i went to the dealership, all my paperwork was in order so I didn't spend a lot of time there. The car was clean and I was ready to ride. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Waste of time . After I submitted paperwork and went to gather funds for purchase I asked could I pay deposit to hold car and was told yes Salesman ghosted me. Sold car to someone else
