Everything was ready when we arrived. They both explained everything in detail, and there were no surprises or hidden costs. I would highly recommend either of these gentlemen, the dealership (San Jose Jaguar Land Rover), and CarGurus to any perspective buyer. We came out of the area to make our purchase, and it was well worth it.
