We just bought a 2019 Toyota Tundra from Master Auto. From start to finish, Shane and his whole team were Amazing! Kind, attentive, and fair. Shane put 4 new tires and an e-sideview mirror on the truck, new fluids and a lot more. The office team went above and beyond to make the purchase and insurance transfer went smoothly. I was trying to buy a vehicle from them and they weren’t able to pull my credit so they said that they’ll try again the next day. They never called unless I would call them. Once I called and they hung up while “transferring lines” Instead of being honest and transparent or at least letting me know they sold the car, they just wouldn’t talk to me and I later find out the car had been bought. 0 communication and 100% lack of effort
